Anna Silk
Anna Silk was born in January 1974. Her most well-known role is Bo in Showcase's Lost Girl television series. Silk was made in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay, the producer and director of the drama at St. Thomas University, is Silk's mom. Her father, Peter who was an academic, worked at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna is able to recall her first experiences of playing rehearsals with her mom. Silk was featured in many commercials when she was just a child. Her Bachelor of Arts was awarded by St. Thomas University, 1997. Theatre St. Thomas produced two of its first productions: Seven Menus, and The Kitchen. Silk moved to Toronto for further development of her acting profession in November 1999. Later, she spent the following decade relocated into Los Angeles California. Seth Cooperman was her future partner when she began to meet him in 2007 during an acting workshop in Los Angeles. The couple was wed in civil ceremonies in the month of December. They were married in Fredericton on April 10, the couple renewed their vows, following Silk's conversion to Judaism. Silk Cooperman gave birth to her son, Samuel Jerome Cooperman, in May of 2013. Levi Aaron, her second child was born May 13, 2016. Silk's TV work includes her role in Being Erica as Cassidy Holland in which she was awarded the Gemini Awards nod in 2009. The role was assigned to her as Bo Dennis the succubus on the Canadian TV series Lost Girl in 2009. Silk was expecting while shooting the final season of the third season. Silk announced her pregnancy to fans during her Showcase Season Three pre-show special on 6 January 2013. Silk tweeted on June 20, 2013 to announce that she is ready to resume her work. The 4th of June 2013, Showcase and Prodigy Pictures officially announced the beginning of the production for the fourth season. The CNN Cable News Network named her role as Bo as well as Lauren (Zoie Parker) in Lost Girl as same-sex couples among their top television Couples. E! named them the Top TV Couple for 2013. Entertainment Television. Silk, as a result its prominence on social media has gained a significant online following.
